We're looking for a Consulting Manager to provide technical expertise on our client work, as well as helping to lead and develop a supportive culture within our office alongside our senior leaders. Key accountabilities include:
- Building consensus with senior client management and conducting effective engagement status meetings, delivering portions of CXO meetings and/or presentations
- Facilitating large and complex client meetings and using effective tools to solve complex problems
- Staying abreast of digital technologies
- Creating and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment while encouraging individual contributions
- Successfully building, directing, and maintaining motivated, empowered and diverse teams
- Developing methods, frameworks, presentations, and deliverable structures
- Leading risk management and quality control processes
You will be a technology-driven change manager, experienced with the delivery of digital platforms, from inception through to operational management to achieve agreed benefits. You will be confident with building rapport and presenting to senior clients. Key capabilities and experience may include:
- Consulting experience
- Familiar with the application of CRM, workflow, web apps, AI etc.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops, financial and data analysis, management of system upgrades and replacements, and system design and improvement
- A degree or equivalent experience in commerce, information systems or another related field
