Salary and Benefits

This is a salary package into the $300k's, offering a competitive remuneration and benefits package. The role is based in the CBD, offering a hybrid work environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline, demonstrable experience in Senior Leadership position - ideally within a global matrix organisation. Excellent interpersonal, consultancy, and conflict management skills are essential, as well as previous experience leading high-performing teams. Strong communication skills - verbal and written - are also required. Extensive IT system and technology knowledge, excellent leadership and coaching skills, and confidence in interacting to an expert level with executive management are necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the IT & Digital strategy for the ANZ business.
  • Leading internal technology projects for ANZ in close collaboration with respective customers and business units.
  • Leading, developing, and coaching the IT & Digital team in content, soft skills, and digital transformation.
  • Driving digital transformation and working closely with global counterparts.
  • Managing the IT P&L.
  • Driving business process and systems and global IT service consolidation to ensure transferable best practices for customers in order to drive effective business growth.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle of your team members, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, people development, talent identification, succession planning, and engagement/retention.
