Job Description
As a Design Engineer at Gurit, you will play a critical role in carrying out high-quality engineering projects for composite structures. This position is part of a commercial consultancy team of professional engineers, working collaboratively with a project team to deliver results within timelines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage engineering projects under the supervision of a more experienced engineer.
- Conduct conceptual structural design and detailed analysis of composite engineering projects under supervision.
- Assist in developing innovative and efficient engineering solutions and working methods.
- Broaden engineering knowledge across different markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience of working with structural composite materials and building methods.
- Proficiency in Rhino and/or SolidWorks (or other 3-D CAD Packages).
- Experience with Altair Hyperworks and Finite Element Analysis is advantageous.
