About The Role
This role requires a strong leader who can develop and manage a dynamic sales team in the New Zealand market. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, increasing market share, improving profitability, and lifting engagement with our diverse range of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a dynamic sales team in the New Zealand market
- Driving sales initiatives, increasing market share, improving profitability, and lifting engagement with our diverse range of customers
- Providing technical advice and assistance to the sales team to ensure customers are provided with accurate technical information and quotations for all services
About You
- A proven track record working in the Radio/Telco industry, in a sales environment
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to lead a regional team of business development executives, account managers, and support staff
- Excellent communication and customer advocacy skills
- An analytical-minded approach to ensure accurate forecasts, budgets, and targets for the team, as well as to analyse market conditions and trends
