This 0.6FTE role is based in our clinic in Alexandra, but also requires working across our other Central Otago sites. You will be responsible for maintaining the oral health of children in our region, educating children and their families on oral health and the prevention of dental disease.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the oral health of children in our region
- Educate children and their families on oral health and the prevention of dental disease
- Recognise, diagnose and treat oral abnormalities and disease within your scope of practice
Requirements
- Registration or be able to gain registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand as an Oral Health Therapist/Dental Therapist
- A current APC or the ability to apply for one
