Job Overview

The Leasing team requires a skilled professional to administer and reconcile lease transaction conditions. You will work closely with asset specialists and property specialists to ensure that contract data aligns with asset information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and capture all lease and related occupancy data
  • Prepare and generate monthly occupancy, utilities, and OPEX recovery reports
  • Administer and reconcile lease transaction conditions
About the Role

You are meticulous, detail-oriented, highly analytical, and great with spreadsheets. Your ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration and staying customer-focused will be key to your success in this role.

You are a quick learner and capable of picking up new systems quickly and accurately. This role will see you frequently liaising with a range of stakeholders, including other council directorates and council-controlled organisations (CCOs).

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Forms, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled with SAP or related enterprise software
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
