We are searching for a Data and Analytics Customer Success Specialist who shares our client's passion for making a meaningful impact.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of change, serving as a bridge between data and customer support.What You'll Do:Data Insights: Use your data analytics skills to unearth data insights.Customer Success: Assist customers with onboarding, resolve queries, and create informative how-to articles that empower them to navigate the platform seamlessly.Dashboard Wizardry: Craft insightful dashboards that guide our customers toward success.AI-Powered Support: Use AI to help customers understand their payment efficiencies and identify opportunities.Selection CriteriaData Enthusiast: You have a passion for data analytics and data engineering.SQL and MySQL skills: You can write complex queries and work with big data.Tableau: Candidates should have strong Tableau skills and be able to design meaningful insights.Good communicator with project management skills for onboarding new customers.ETL expert.Expert in relational and dimensional models.Familiar with using APIs.Experience with NodeJS or similar would be advantageous.All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
