We are currently looking for compassionate and skilled Supply Teaching Assistants to work with young people of all ages. This is a flexible role where you will support students with varying additional needs in a classroom environment.

  • Support students with SEND in their learning, social development, and personal care as required
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
  • Adapt and modify learning resources to meet individual students' needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
  • Help monitor and record student progress, and communicate updates with teaching staff
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to provide holistic support for students

About You

We are seeking candidates with experience working with children or young people with SEND in an educational or care setting (preferred but not essential). Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students, adaptable and patient, with strong problem-solving skills. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one). Initiative, proactive and positive nature, and great with children of all ages.
