About the Team

Our Quality & Compliance group is responsible for ensuring top-tier standards for commissioning, quality, and compliance across the grid. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to develop and maintain frameworks and guidelines to enhance processes.

You will be responsible for conducting system assurance, monitoring grid compliance, managing breaches, and facilitating asset capability changes. Your expertise will enable you to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and drive process and system improvements.

This role will see you working closely with our Grid Divisions, System Operations, Customers, and Service Providers to ensure that as Grid Owner Transpower meets statutory and regulatory requirements by implementing robust processes and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining frameworks and guidelines to enhance processes
  • Conducting system assurance and monitoring grid compliance
  • Facilitating asset capability changes and managing breaches

A Tertiary qualification in engineering, STEM or an equivalent field is required. We are seeking a candidate with strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills, with demonstrable leadership abilities and a track record of driving value outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
