What will you be doing?As part of a mature consulting practice, you will provide technical and project management advice and/or leadership on a variety of multifaceted performance and reward challenges, as well as champion the consulting brand through maintaining and further developing a dedicated client portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Become an expert in our remuneration management methodologies and applications and work independently with clients to deliver core remuneration and performance solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients for their executives, staff, and directors' fees for their boards.
- With the aid of our software, assist clients through their annual salary reviews, helping them to make the most of their wage budget.
- Use our tools and expertise to assist with developing short-term incentives, analysing long-term incentives, and providing reward and performance management advice.
- Analysis and manipulation of client data to support various HR practices.
- Delivery of approved training and workshops, and development of presentation material.
- Development and growth of existing and new client base through quality consulting solutions to build opportunities for business development.
- Mentor and support team members who are still developing in their remuneration and reward careers.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following:
- Exposure to managing and/or providing advice, analysis and reporting on remuneration, payroll or HRIS practices and processes in either corporate or consulting environments.
- A mature communication style with the ability to effectively manage relationships - whether client side or within your team.
- Tertiary degree essential, ideally with psychology, HR or business studies.
- High verbal and numerical reasoning skills; with a proven ability to interpret data.
- Organised and efficient; project management experience would be ideal.

We have several remote and physical offices across New Zealand. This role is a remote role (working from home) based in Tauranga. Occasional travel to Auckland will be required as well as travel within the Bay of Plenty to visit clients will also be expected.
