As a Support Worker, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to support residents in leading engaging and fulfilling lives. You will follow care plans that enable residents to maintain their health and wellbeing, and work collaboratively with the Activities and Rehabilitation Team to support residents in achieving lifestyle goals and community connections.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be interested in supporting people with disabilities. A New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing is desirable, as is experience supporting people requiring care.
