Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs using organisational frameworks
- Develop and implement case intervention plans based on logical thinking processes
- Mobilise urgent responses for high-risk cases, ensuring timely interventions
- Lead or participate in project teams focusing on community development, public education, group work, and research
- Provide supervision to student interns or junior social workers, promoting their professional growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- At least 3 years of direct social work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently
- Past supervisory experience and expertise in working with high-risk cases are advantageous
