About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Population Health Management (PHM) leadership in developing and maintaining comprehensive population health profiles. The successful candidate will drive population profiling and segmentation to inform system planning and care delivery, as well as leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights and improve care quality, outcomes, equity and system value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Profiling and Segmentation: Drive population profiling and segmentation to inform system planning and care delivery to become more systematic and targeted.
  • Population Health Research and Evaluation: Use advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights, enabling researchers to identify trends, evaluate interventions, and prioritize areas for population health improvement.
  • Business Intelligence: Leverage data analytics to fulfill user requests and provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to address business needs and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Analytics, Data Science Information Technology, Mathematics or Statistics, with a Master's degree being an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in population health or healthcare setting, with expertise in MS Excel (VBA/Macro), Python, R, STATA, SAS, or EPIC.
  • Proficiency in developing data visualization, dashboards and reports using Oracle OBIEE/OAS or Tableau.
