About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Representative to join our ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions New Zealand team. Job Description
As an Architectural Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, project managers, and builders. You will proactively develop a pipeline of leads through effective sales calls and CRM software management, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication. Additionally, you will drive specification and scheduling growth by showcasing ASSA ABLOY's comprehensive product and service offerings to benefit customers, leveraging your expertise to overcome challenges and build trust.
About You
We are looking for a results-oriented sales and relationship management professional with a knack for building trust and delivering value to clients. You should thrive in dynamic environments and have a proactive, self-motivated approach. Key requirements include:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the architectural, design, or construction industry.
- Proven experience in generating new business and building a sales pipeline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and expanding industry knowledge.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
