Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in Charlestown, MA. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with geriatric populations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality home care
- Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Grow caseload while proactively addressing scheduling challenges
- Build strong relationships with clients, employees, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
- Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to licensed field employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior knowledge of/experience with geriatric population
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
