Tangram's Mission

Your Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders by ensuring that only qualified doctors are registered to practise in New Zealand.

Your Key Tasks

  • Assessing applications for registration and practising certificates to ensure that only qualified doctors are granted registration.
  • Maintaining and updating the medical register to reflect changes in doctor registration status.
  • Working closely with the registration team to ensure compliance with Council's policies and procedures.
  • Providing advice to stakeholders on registration processes and assisting with the development of registration policy and procedures.

What We Need From You

  • A tertiary qualification or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in case management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret information with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
  • Sound Word processing abilities and experience with customer/stakeholder management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage workloads.
  • A commitment to upholding quality service standards and continuous improvement.
