Job Overview

The Strategic Business Director – Growth will be an integral member of the senior commercial team, responsible for driving ArchiPro's next phase of expansion. This is not a traditional business development role; rather, it is a highly strategic position focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier brands that align with ArchiPro's vision and market positioning.

About the Role

You will leverage ArchiPro's strong reputation and 10-year presence in New Zealand to develop high-impact growth strategies, build executive-level relationships, and secure long-term partnerships with brands that should be on our platform. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Client Success), you will ensure that every strategic partnership drives mutual value and cements ArchiPro's position as the go-to destination for architectural and building industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise key brands and industry partners that are currently not part of the ArchiPro network, but hold high potential for mutual growth.
    Lead end-to-end partnership development, including opportunity assessment, pitch strategy, contract negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
    Collaborate with internal teams to tailor partnership offerings, ensuring alignment with the brand's needs and market opportunities.
    Conduct thorough market research to uncover white spaces and emerging trends that ArchiPro can capitalise on.
    Develop and refine a comprehensive pipeline of strategic targets, prioritising opportunities that will have the biggest impact on ArchiPro's ecosystem.
    Represent ArchiPro as a senior leader at industry conferences, networking events, and in key stakeholder discussions.
    Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with potential partners, positioning ArchiPro as an indispensable resource for growing their market presence.
