We're seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Programme Compliance team within Personal Banking. In this role, you'll provide compliance support to our businesses, ensuring they meet obligations under laws, regulations, and internal policies.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of banking and the regulatory environment, as well as expertise in Financial Crime, Deposit Takers Act, and CCCFA. They'll be able to drive change and process improvement, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of compliance frameworks, standards, and processes for applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Support core compliance activities for Personal Banking, including control development and enhancement, incident and issue management, and compliance self-assessments.
  • Participate in Personal Banking and pan-bank projects, strategic initiatives, and business changes as required.
