Job Description: We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant for night shifts on a casual basis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personal care to residents under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. This includes assisting residents with daily activities such as showering, delivering meals, and much more.
Responsibilities: Provide personal care to residents, work as part of a team to create a safe and enjoyable home environment for residents, and maintain confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times.
Qualifications: Experience in aged care or relevant qualification, ability to learn and adapt quickly, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
