Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting and selling Halter's cutting-edge technology to dairy farmers, highlighting its benefits in terms of increased productivity and sustainability.
  • Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Working closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients.
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn about the latest developments in agriculture and technology.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
