Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to £40,000 (basic salary and commission)
- Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per annum (pro-rata) includes 22 days plus 8 bank holidays
Job Responsibilities
You will work closely with the team to identify and generate new land and development opportunities, attend client and site meetings, assist in marketing residential development sites, liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and progressing sales.

- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in property
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- IT proficient with excellent problem-solving abilities
