We are looking for a Cluster Head of GaN Research who will lead the Technology, Engineering and Industry team in technology road mapping and R&D pathfinding. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or closely related fields, and at least 10 years of post-PhD hands-on experience in GaN HEMT and MMIC technology development.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GaN-HEMT device physics and GaN-based MMICs, as well as strong leadership, project management, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
The selected candidate will coordinate with the Engineering team to develop ultra high frequency devices, ultra low voltage devices, and their MMICs, and represent the Agency For Science, Technology And Research in customer meetings.
