Job Overview

This administrative role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual with customer-centric skills and technical expertise to contribute to improving quality and data integrity at Te Whatu Ora Lakes, Mental Health & Addictions Service (MHAS).

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate data & quality improvement projects across all Mental Health & Addiction Services.
  • Support Service Improvement initiatives for the Clinical Manager group.
  • Maintain data integrity, staff training, and develop/maintain systems and processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate within complex systems and processes.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including listening skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills.

You should have a strong understanding of the importance of quality improvement and a passion for contributing to this goal.
