The Educator Role

The Educator is a critical role that enables us to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results. As an Educator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and creating a seamless shopping experience that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to ensure a personalized and engaging experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Assess customers' requirements to provide effective solutions and support, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Provide expert product education, highlighting the value and benefits of our products to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end customer experience by executing market-relevant omnichannel programs according to company standards.
  • Maintain a dynamic presence on the sales floor to continuously engage with customers and address their needs.
  • Receive customer feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

Working with Others

  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and customers.
  • Establish strong relationships with colleagues to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations.

Operations

  • Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Clean and maintain the luxury environment of the store throughout the shift.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
  • Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.
