About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Head Coach. You'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Craft a compelling customer experience, collaborating with the Head Coach to deliver exceptional service and sales results.
  2. Develop and lead a diverse team, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and performance management.
  3. Promote operational excellence, leveraging tools and processes to drive sales, efficiency, and productivity.
  4. Co-lead departmental functions, such as Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience, to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Spearhead strategic initiatives, working closely with the Head Coach to implement Nike's vision.
  6. Drive business outcomes through data-driven insights, regular reporting, and proactive problem-solving.
  7. Maintain adherence to Nike's standards, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
  8. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
