About the Role
In this exciting position, you will lead our Quality Assurance crusade, driving excellence in testing and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our systems and applications.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
  • Herding cats (we mean test analysts) towards testing excellence.
    Playing "Bug Detective" with the enthusiasm of Sherlock Holmes.
    Translating developer-speak into human language.
    Leading a team of fellow bug enthusiasts who think breaking things is fun.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Conduct thorough testing to identify defects and provide detailed reports
- Mentor junior team members to improve their testing skills and knowledge

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • - Strong leadership and technical skills, with a proven track record in software quality assurance
