About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs across our early childhood centres in Taranaki.

This is a fixed-term role initially available for 3 months, with the potential for extension. You will be working independently to provide high-quality property maintenance and repair services, supporting multiple centres.

The ideal candidate will have general building experience and excellent communication skills. A clean and current New Zealand driver's licence is also required.

In this role, you will be expected to work flexibly, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines. Manual handling and lifting are inherent aspects of the job, as is travel between locations and standing for extended periods.
