Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our thin film process equipment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide shift operations with HTS manufacturing process, electrical testing, and thin film characterization
- Maintenance and assembly of hardware components in PVD, CVD, and electropolishing/electroplating equipment
- Accurately follow SOP and laboratory safety protocol for each process, test, and characterization tool
Requirements:
- AAS degree or technical certification in physics, chemistry, or other engineering fields or commensurate experience
- Hands-on experience with thin film deposition equipment or wet chemical equipment is preferred
- Machine shop experience to fabricate or modify minor hardware components is also preferred
