Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the UCSA team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of student-focused events. This includes developing original concepts, creating run sheets, completing post-event evaluations, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

With a passion for student engagement, you will work to create unique experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of UC students.

  • Develop and implement event plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. event management, marketing, tourism, hospitality, communications).
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in planning and delivering successful events.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Current and full driver's licence.
