Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Lantmännen Unibake. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules to ensure efficient inventory levels, meet customer service targets, and optimise OEE and line utilisation.

Your primary objective will be to craft weekly production plans that align with our strategic goals. This includes ensuring labour and materials are available on time to deliver these plans and achieve CTP targets. You will also lead planning meetings and engage with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

You will be working closely with the demand planners to meet customer service level KPIs and providing advance notice of events allowing for efficient forecasting and planning. To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience of supply chain planning within the Food Manufacturing sector, particularly with frozen products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and amending weekly production schedules to stay within target inventory levels and meet customer service targets.
  • Ensuring labour and materials are available on time to deliver these plans and achieve CTP targets.
  • Leading planning meetings and engaging with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Identifying and working with Operations to solve plant capacity constraints through Planning Meetings and S&OP Demand & Supply reviews.
