Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Managers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality homes and neighbourhoods that meet the needs of the community now and into the future. This includes coordinating programmes of work across the entire development lifecycle, ensuring efficient flow of work through all processes and phases.

Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating programmes of work across the entire development lifecycle
  • Supporting Programme and Project Managers
  • Monitoring and managing documents within Aconex
  • Setting up and maintaining project financials within Oracle

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the construction field
  • Exposure to project and/or contract management
  • Project support and reporting experience
  • Influencing and working effectively with external organisations
  • Knowledge of project finances
