About the Role

The Regional Quality Lead is accountable for providing assurance to the Chief Executive that contracted care providers are meeting national care standards and other regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice, leadership, and expertise on practice quality to support contract monitoring and compliance
  • Oversight of care delivery, building relationships between care partners and Oranga Tamariki
  • Advocating for quality practice and clarity of roles and responsibilities
  • Supporting capability development through change processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a working knowledge of social work practice and national care standards. You will also need experience in writing assessment reports and implementing change management plans.
