We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our iconic and award-winning NZ fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless online buying experience for new and existing customers, optimising the online experience, and driving sales.

About the Role:

  • Plan, brief, and execute email marketing campaigns to maximise sales
  • Maintain search engine optimisation platforms to drive organic sales
  • Update online promotions daily and weekly, ensuring written and visual content is articulate and perfect
  • Monitor products to ensure pages are maintained and updated and products are mapped to the right categories
  • Coordinate customer touchpoints to optimise conversion
  • Full management of the content management system – website merchandising to optimise usability, conversion, and sales
  • Reporting and analysis of the homepage weekly and sharing recommendations

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing
  • Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of retail and clothing
  • Resilient and able to work autonomously
  • Innovative and always wanting to share new ideas
  • Positive attitude, friendly, and motivated
  • An opinion and not afraid to share it
