Detailed Job Description

  • Provide chairside assistance to our dental professionals, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation, schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care, promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred but not required), previous experience in dental assisting or reception (helpful but not required).

Working Hours

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday: 7.45am - 5.15pm. This is a fixed term position for parental leave.
