The Position
We are seeking an experienced Protective Security Requirements Manager to lead our Protective Security Requirements (PSR) Advisory and Partnerships team. This includes people development, oversight of the advisory and channels work programme, driving business improvement, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
About the Team
You will work as part of a collegiate and joined-up PSR Unit Leadership Team that actively supports communication, coordination, and collaboration across all functions of the PSR Unit to deliver great outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the PSR Advisory and Partnerships team
Oversight of people development and advisory programmes
Driving business improvement and ensuring high-quality service delivery
Requirements
Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading a team or delivering results through others
Strong customer service ethic with a track record of service delivery and creating and sustaining effective working relationships
Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to proactively and efficiently manage competing priorities
