Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet clients and visitors, answer and transfer calls, and provide general information regarding agency programs and community resources.
  2. Provide general information, emergency assistance, prevention services, energy assistance, and assist with other concerns.
  3. Log incoming applications and assist with program data-entry (e.g., payment processing, etc.).
  4. Maintain detailed records of client and prospective client contacts and outcomes in agency database software.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • High School Diploma or GED/HiSET equivalent.
  • Two years customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an assertive, confident, and compassionate attitude.
