As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk.

You will assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating your knowledge of room categories and amenities, and performing small maintenance tasks in the rooms.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • NZQF level 2 or 3 (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
  • Full driver's license
