**Job Overview**

Busck Prestressed Concrete is a leading manufacturer of precast and prestressed concrete products in New Zealand. We are currently seeking a Factory Supervisor & Forklift Operator to join our team in Christchurch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 10 staff and overseeing the daily operations of our factory. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising factory staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, company quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Maintaining adequate stock levels of materials required for production and identifying shortfalls to prevent delays.

• Conducting concrete testing and recording results, with training provided as needed.

• Participating in hands-on aspects of production, including pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete, as well as quality checking and loading rail wagons.

• Ensuring that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

• Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
