Our Hornby-based client is an industry leader for providing sustainable packaging solutions to producers within the manufacturing and logistics sector across New Zealand and worldwide. For more than 60 years they have specialised in the manufacturing of their iconic freight forwarding & packaging solutions.

We are looking for a natural born leader to supervise the factory floor and Team Leaders across their morning and afternoon shifts; 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a target driven role, with a strong focus on reducing waste, health and safety and producing a quality product that is built to last. You will be provided with a supportive team environment and a work culture that strives to see you succeed in exchange for your efforts.

**Your day-to-day duties will include**:

- Maintaining a safe working environment for employees, contractors and site visitors
- Managing 2 Team Leaders working on the production floor
- Provide and enter timely & accurate information through SAP
- Assist in scheduling plant maintenance and be the point of call for any breakdowns
- Meet and exceed production targets
- Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship across all departments
- Uphold company vision and values
- Report directly to Service Centre Manager

**Benefits include**:

- The remuneration for this position ranges from **$70,000 - $75,000 per/annum **depending on previous work experience in a similar role

- Current OSH certificate & F endorsement (advantageous but not mandatory)
