  • Leading a team of fleet coordinators and administrators
  • Developing and implementing fleet management strategies
  • Managing electronic records for fleet vehicles
  • Updating vehicle information in vehicle systems
  • Coordinating vehicle details with third-party suppliers
  • Providing customer support for motor-pool bookings
  • Arranging vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Distributing registration labels
  • Processing vehicle changes of ownership

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and database management
