Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead - Test Management to join our Lending Origination Platform project. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the testing effort, developing testing strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute testing plans, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional aspects
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality test automation frameworks and tools
  • Mentor and guide junior testers in developing their skills and knowledge
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business objectives and customer needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in test management, preferably in a banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading testing efforts on large-scale projects
  • Strong technical skills in automated testing, including .Net, Selenium, and BDD
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
