Job Overview

The Data Support Professional is responsible for providing essential data management and technical support to the Asset Management Team. This includes managing asset data systems, assisting with data collection and analysis, and supporting the development of asset management reports and plans.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of asset management databases involves regularly reviewing and updating asset records to reflect their status. Periodic audits are conducted to verify data accuracy. Managing bulk data entry exercises to diminish any data entry bottlenecks is also a key responsibility.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require at least 3 years' experience in a similar role working in data management or asset management. Proficiency in asset management software and data management tools (e.g., AMS, GIS, Excel) is also essential. Strong data management and analytical skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and detail, are required.
