Waste Management Specialist

At Civic Waste, we are a well-established supplier of services to New Zealand cities.
We contract with local authorities and private companies for waste removal, road sweeping, graffiti removal, water blasting, and pavement cleaning services.
This role involves working as a multi-skilled driver/operator in Hamilton, driving Class 2 and Class 4 trucks.
Your main duties will be to drive our Super Truck with an assistant and learn to operate our Sweeper Truck.
No experience is required for these vehicles/machines, but you must have more than delivery driving experience.
This is a full-time position, requiring 45 hours per week.
You will need to be physically fit and presentable, able to work unsupervised, and aware of health and safety requirements.
Civic Waste prioritizes employee safety and takes care to ensure public safety at all times. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment.
Civic Contractors is also an environmentally responsible business, and you must adhere to environmental procedures.
