About the Position

">

This is a critical role within our Operations Team, responsible for operating and driving large and complex earthmoving equipment such as excavators and bulldozers. The successful candidate will be involved in ensuring that rubbish is handled and transported properly and in accordance with company procedures.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • Excavate, load, and transport soil, gravel and other materials to landfill in order to compact and/or cover waste in a safe and regulated manner.
  • Achieve accurate placement to ensure the most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as required.
  • Complete all paperwork and records accurately, as directed.

About You

We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, a Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsement, and experience operating large commercial equipment in a similar industry. A friendly and cooperative attitude is essential, as well as an understanding and contribution to a safe working environment.
