About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional District Court Scheduler to join our team at the Manukau District Court. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient coordination of court hearings across various jurisdictions within the South Auckland region.

Responsibilities

  1. Schedule court hearings and maintain accurate records of court proceedings.
  2. Collaborate with judicial officers, registry staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective case management.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of available hearing time and improve overall court performance.
