The Role
As a Finance Manager at IHC, you will support our Corporate Services, Programmes, and Fundraising teams while overseeing Treasury and Tax functions. You will provide timely and accurate financial information, lead process improvements, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

We are looking for someone who is values-led, solutions-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical financial/statutory accounting, leadership skills, and knowledge of internal controls.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and engage with auditors
