Our team of experienced health professionals is committed to providing high-quality care to our whanau. We believe in building strong relationships and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support whanau to understand their health journey and make informed decisions about their care.
  • Assist with clinical decision-making and develop tailored plans to address whanau needs.
  • Conduct basic health checks and provide navigation support for follow-up care and service access.
  • Help whanau sign up for the Hauroa My Indici portal, enabling them to take a more active role in managing their health.

What We Offer

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NZQA Level 3 or 4 in Health and Wellbeing (or similar).
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Full Driver's License.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
