Job Description

In this role, you will support the production team to achieve the required production rates with the right quality. You will help develop improvements to the production process within a high-growth, high-consequence production environment. To be successful in this role, you will take ownership of production lines, remove production blockers, understand vehicle risk, and improve manufacturing processes and products to improve build rate and product yield.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience with electrical hardware systems, PCBA Assemblies, or instrumentation and control systems
  • Experience designing and debugging electrical test infrastructure or automated test systems
  • Experience developing basic automation or data analysis scripting in Python, C or similar
  • Hands-on technical experience debugging complex electrical or software systems within a production environment
  • Proven ability to deliver engineering projects with little to no supervision on schedule as an individual or as a member of an integrated team
  • Can-do approach and flexibility to thrive around growing teams and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven risk assessment and risk-based decision-making skills
