Business Development and Sales Role

This is a part-time Customer Account Executive role that involves managing relationships with existing customers, pursuing new business opportunities, and developing tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of individual customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Create tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of individual customers.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback and insights to improve our products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities and pipeline accurately.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in account management or relationship-focused sales roles, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer requests and concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Passion for the wine industry and understanding of wine regions, varietals, and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
