Job Overview
L'Oréal New Zealand Operations seeks an experienced Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and maintaining end-to-end inventory management processes, procedures, and optimal inventory parameters. You will analyze and manage inventory data using Manhattan Active, Excel, and Power BI to optimize demand and supply planning, catalogue management. Managing SLOB stock, evaluating supply risk, and maintaining minimum and maximum levels are also key responsibilities. You will develop inventory improvement and quality plans and report on relevant KPI data to present to senior management. Additionally, you will support the National Warehouse Manager and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure delivery in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management or supply chain from any industry, such as FMCG, mining, utilities, oil & gas, etc. They will possess superior systems experience, including exposure to ERP/MRP, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and meaningful data and reporting to the wider business, and educate all levels of stakeholders on supply chain challenges, solutions, and deliverables, are required. A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of inventory processes and a team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to achieving collective goals are essential for success in this role.
